For booking hotel rooms, please call the hotel directly, tell them you are with "The Grief Cruise Retreat". The room rate is for room only, taxes will be added. You will need to confirm the room with your credit card.
Please note the cancellation policies of the hotel. You will need to cancel your reservations 72 hours prior to arrival or you will be charged for one night hotel fee plus the taxes.

For Park, Fly/Snooze/Cruise packages, you will need to call the hotel directly to make arrangements. This package includes airport transfers from MCO (Orlando Airport) It is the guest responsibility to contact the hotel with your flight schedule. Please note: Our group activities will start at 4PM on Saturday, February 21, 2026.
Guests will need to make package arrangements with the hotel directly. Once you make you confirm your booking with the hotel, they will send you an email with a link to make your arrangements for the packages.

The Grief Cruise seminar fee is due 30 days within booking the cruise and is non-refundable once it is paid (retreat vendors and expenses are paid long before we sail). The seminar fee is per person. The seminar fee is in addition to the cabin cost. If you need to reschedule, the seminar fee is transferable to a future cruise or you can donate the fee to someone in need. -

OCEAN VIEW BALCONY
Private balcony included with your stateroom. Price per cabin, double occupancy, includes tax and port charge. We only have ocean view balcony’s in our group pricing. Any other category will be quoted as requested. -
We can quote oceanviews, interiors and suites. We do not have group pricing for these categories of cabins.

Single cabins are available, but will be quoted outside the group rate.

Group Pricing is good until group cabins are booked, and include tax and port charges.
